- Does TrakX include tracking hardware?
- TrakX uses data from compatible connected trackers. Hardware, connectivity and any third-party subscriptions are discussed separately when we review your operation.
- Can it work with our current systems?
- TrakX supports Tive tracking and manifest-data integrations. We’ll review your existing systems and confirm compatibility before agreeing on an implementation.
- How often is monitoring updated?
- The current alert service checks on a scheduled cycle, currently set to ten minutes. The freshness of location and temperature readings depends on the trackers and their connectivity. TrakX does not control the refrigeration equipment.
- How do we get a demonstration or a quote?
