Reneli LLC (“Reneli”, “we”, “us”) is an Arizona limited liability company that develops software products, including TrakX and Loomi. For any privacy question, write to info@reneli.io.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, including the TrakX and Loomi pages on it. It does not cover the TrakX or Loomi applications themselves. Customers who use those services receive separate terms and privacy information as part of their agreement.
Information we receive
- Messages you send us. If you email us or start a WhatsApp conversation from a link on this site, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you write, including details about your business or operation.
- Technical information. Like any website, the servers that host this site may record basic request data, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This data is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Fonts from Google. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not use contact forms, user accounts, cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or session recording on this website.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and discuss whether our products or services fit your needs.
- To prepare demonstrations, proposals or quotes you ask for.
- To keep business records of our conversations and agreements.
- To operate and protect the website and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
WhatsApp conversations
Our contact links open WhatsApp with a suggested message; nothing is sent until you press send. Conversations on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. We see only the messages and profile information that WhatsApp shares with us as part of the conversation.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and continue any business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purposes. Then we delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to info@reneli.io. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, such as California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection and does not store contact information. We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has contacted us, write to us and we will delete the information.
International visitors
Reneli is based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
